My water bill is high — can you find the leak?
Yes — that's a common call. We walk the property with the system running, look for soft spots, listen at valves, and check the meter. Most residential leaks we identify in one visit.
Do you install smart controllers?
Yes — Rachio, Hydrawise, Hunter Pro-HC, Rain Bird ESP-Me. Smart controllers usually pay for themselves in 12–18 months on water savings, especially in the IE summer.
Can you do a full system inspection?
Yes. Two-pass inspection: zone-by-zone runtime with notes on coverage, then valve and controller check. You get a written report with what's working, what's borderline, and what needs repair.
What about backflow testing?
We don't do backflow certification (that's a separate license), but we'll coordinate with a certified tester if your county requires annual testing.
