Yes. We have property managers with 4–8 properties on our route. One contact, one invoice, consistent service across all locations.

How do you handle irrigation issues you find?

We document the issue with photo and text the property manager same-day. Small repairs (broken heads, drip line splices) are handled at our standard hourly rate. Bigger jobs we quote first.

Can we get a service log for board meetings?

Yes — monthly PDF report with visit dates, work performed, and any flagged issues. Great for HOA board meetings.
